1. Eligibility : This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Laragh Medical, Jejuve Clinic, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Sponsor : This giveaway is sponsored by Laragh Medical, located at 1 Garvey Studios Longstone St Lisburn BT28 1TP Northern Ireland, and Jejuve Clinic, its sister company.
3. Agreement to Rules : By participating in this giveaway, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Laragh Medical as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. Entry Period : Entries will be accepted online starting on April 21st 2024 at 8:00am and ending April 22nd at 8:00pm. All online entries must be received by April 22nd at 8:00pm.
5. How to Enter : The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided via the QR code. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Laragh Medical. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested.
6. Prizes : The Winner(s) of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive either a consultation or a treatment at Laragh Medical or Jejuve Clinic. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Laragh Medical. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Laragh Medical’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7. Odds : The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification : Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Laragh Medical. Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days following selection of the Winner. Laragh Medical shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

10. Terms & Conditions : Laragh Medical reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Laragh Medical’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
11. Limitation of Liability : By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Laragh Medical and Jejuve Clinic and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes : THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF IRELAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ireland having jurisdiction.
14. The Giveaway hosted by Laragh Medical is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, or any other social network. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Giveaway and not to other platforms where this Giveaway may be advertised.
